These days, travelers don’t want to completely give up their healthy lifestyles while on the road. Embracing National Yoga Month this September, MGM Resorts’ offers four unique yoga experiences that help travelers breathe easy, find harmony and stay on the fit track, even in Sin City.

Sun Salutations on The Strip
Connect with your body and mind while embracing the refreshing outdoor air at Monte Carlo’s Yoga in the Plaza. Led by well-known instructor Alicia Goldsmith, all Monte Carlo guests are invited to participate in this complimentary 60-minute Strip-side class every Saturday at 8 a.m. No need to fret about your gear as mats, towels, bottled and cucumber water are included.

Inhale and Meditate with Mammals of the Sea
Yogis have the opportunity to flow from to pose to pose in harmony with swimming bottlenose dolphins during Yoga among the Dolphins at The Mirage.  This serene underwater location features multiple windows to view the dolphins, providing an intimate setting to zen out. Costing $50 for both resort guests and the public, this hour-long class includes a yoga mat, post-class smoothie and spa day pass.

Cleanse Karma at the Pool
Take your downward dog poolside for Yoga at the Pool at MGM Grand. Every Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 a.m., hotel guests can begin the day on a positive note with a yoga class outside at the peaceful MGM Grand pool. This class utilizes a variety of poses fit for all skill levels to help release stress and find more energy. Stay relaxed because yoga mats, water and towels are provided which means all you need to bring is yourself.
Tranquility from Above
Stretch out with breathtaking views of The Strip with floor-to-ceiling windows at Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas.  Yoga enthusiasts can practice Vinyasa flow and exercise the mind, body and spirit from the eighth floor yoga studio daily from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. This class is free for hotel guests and $35 for the public. For those workout lovers looking for more, Kinesis Wall and Pilates training also are available for an extra charge.
