Snack Wagon Takeover at Harvest by Roy Ellamar

As part of the Takeover series, culinary aficionados have the opportunity to interact with their favorite chefs each month as the guest chef takes charge of one of Harvest’s signature snack wagons by featuring their own specialty small bites and traveling table-to-table discussing their selections with diners.

Summer of Beer at Michael Mina’s Pub 1842
This June, Joseph James Brewery will take over four of Michael Mina’s Pub 1842 beer taps with specially selected brews from the local brewery. Guests may order a 12 oz. beer for $6 or select a beer flight of all four beers for $10. Joseph James Brewery is one of three local breweries to be featured during the 2017 Summer of Beer series.

Fireside Chats at Libertine Social
Every Saturday night, Libertine Social will host Fireside Chats with Executive Chef Jamaal Taherzadeh at renowned chef Shawn McClain’s social dining concept. Guests will enjoy seasonal food and beverage pairings at the restaurant’s interactive chef’s counter. The intimate food and beverage pairing events will host one seating each Saturday. In conjunction with the Fireside Chats, the delicious five-course event menu is also available in the main dining room every Saturday evening.

On Friday, June 16, Libertine Social will offer a delicious four-course menu paired with award-winning Kimo Sabe Mezcal cocktails. During this exclusive event, guests can create their own mezcal cocktails with guidance from Kimo Sabe Representative Gaston Martinez.

    Every Friday at Skyfall Lounge, guests can unwind and enjoy Rosé and cocktail specials atop Delano Las Vegas with stellar 180-degree views of The Strip. Guests also may enjoy small bites, available until 10:30 p.m., and live entertainment beginning at 9 p.m.
  • Sunset Hour at Skyfall Lounge – Daily, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
    At this elevated happy hour, guests may enjoy specials on cocktails, beer, wine and bar bites while taking-in the spectacular sight of the Las Vegas Strip.
  • Champagne Toast at Skyfall Lounge – Daily, 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
    Every evening hotel guests are treated to a special Champagne Toast at Skyfall Lounge from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. A Delano Las Vegas room key must be presented to receive the complimentary amenity.
  • VIP Bottle Service – Thursday – Saturday; two seating times: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., 9 p.m. – close. Guests looking to enjoy Champagne, artful libations and light fare, while taking in views of the Las Vegas Strip are invited to reserve a private VIP table available in Skyfall’s lounge or on the outdoor patio.     Every Saturday evening, guests and locals alike are invited to enjoy live local music and artfully curated cocktails at Franklin Lounge. No cover charge.
Guests may enjoy the following social happenings every week at Beerhaus:
  • Geeks Who Drink – Wednesdays, 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.
    Guests with a competitive spirit and a wealth of useless knowledge get the chance to show their stuff at Wednesday Trivia nights. The lively weekly competition is the ideal place to challenge friends or team up against others for a spirited good time.
  • Happy Hour – Daily, 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. 
    Beerhaus' take on Happy Hour offers $4 select draft beers and hotdogs. For guests with a late night craving, Beerhaus also offers Reverse Happy Hour from 10 p.m. - close featuring $4 hotdogs.
  • Live Music
    Beerhaus’ concerts by the bar provide guests with live entertainment Thursday – Saturday for their listening enjoyment. Hours are as follows:
    • Thursday,  8 p.m. – midnight

Party at The Park
Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., guests are invited to get the party started with $5 beer, wine and shot selections at participating restaurants at The Park, in addition to fun games such as ping pong and cornhole.  Live entertainment also will be available for guests’ listening enjoyment; Tuesdays will continue to feature the Tony Marques Band, while Wednesdays will focus on Top 40 music and feature rotating bands.

Jean Georges Steakhouse
Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA will undergo a remodel. The venue will close Thursday, May 25 and will re-open in early July 2017. Details on the remodel will be available in the coming months.
Della’s Kitchen

Morimoto Las Vegas
Morimoto Las Vegas now offers the option of an Omakase menu. Chef Morimoto has put together a perfect selection of dishes that are completely unique to Las Vegas. The culinary journey begins with cold appetizers followed by hot appetizers, a selection of delicate sushi, a signature entrée and a decadent dessert. This six-course tasting menu is priced at $140 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests also have the option to include a wine or sake pairing for an additional $95 per person.
Fiamma Trattoria & Bar
Fiamma Trattoria & Bar has launched an enticing new cocktail menu featuring a refreshing Blueberry Mule, as well as Fiamma “The Original,” a  raspberry vodka-based cocktail with triple sec, lime juice, and white cranberry.
